You get the conference room and decor services together for 4 hours. Includes set-up & tear down, and custom party pack (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, and your choice of table-cover). Ideal for craft parties, education classes, launch parties, and meetings. Everything you need. Beautifully set. Conference room seats 10 to 14 people. A minimum group size of 10 is required to book. RENTAL AVAILABLE TUESDAY-FRIDAY ONLY.
* All room rentals include 1 hour of setup, 2 hours of event time, and 1 hour of teardown.
* You may bring up to 4 snacks and 2 beverages. Please note that refrigeration and warming are not permitted on the premises.
* You and your guests may arrive as early as 15 minutes before the start of your event.
* Room rentals are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned.
* Room rentals are scheduled based on facility and staff availability; therefore, date changes are not permitted.
* Cancellations may be made at any time; however, refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation.
* Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 2 days of booking.
* Cancellations made more than 2 days after the booking date and up to 14 days before your event will be refunded 50% of the package cost.
* The room rental fee is non-refundable.
* Cancellations made 0–13 days before your event will not receive a refund.
